Summer Rates for Cabin (Memorial Week-End/June, July, August, Labor Day Week-End)
    $175.00 per night up to 4 people
Off Season Rates - Cabin (September, October, November, December, January, February)
    $85 per room. Friday Thru Saturday up to 4 people
    $75 per room. Sunday Thru Thursday up to 4 people
Off Season Rates - Cabin (March, April, May)
    $85.00 per night up to 4 people
Motorcycle Off Season Rates - Cabin (September - May)
    One night $85 per room.
    2 or more nights $75 per room.

Each Additional Person $7.50 per night
Children under 1 year free
(Prices do not include tax)
Although all cabins sleep at least 6, the rates are based on an occupancy of 4.

All the cabins have 2 bedrooms.
    Cabins # 1 - 4 have double size beds with twin size trundle beds in each bedroom.
    Cabins # 5 , 6 and 7 have queen size beds in each bedroom.
    Cabins # 1 - 7 all have a futon in the front room that folds out into a double size bed.
    Cabins # 8 - 14 all have queen size beds in each bedroom.
    Cabins # 8 - 14 all have a sleeper sofa in the front room that folds out into a queen size bed.
    Pillows and linens are furnished.
    Bath Towels are not furnished

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE IS PROVIDED, BUT CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR A FEE OF $15 PER DAY.

Day Guest visiting any cabins must register at the office. $7.50 per person per day.
We do not provide bath towels.
We always try and give you the same cabins each visit, however, some times we do have to move you to keep all cabins filled.
Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 11 AM. During the off season, check in and check out times are flexible, however during the summer months we are really strict about the fact that you can’t get in before 3 and you must be out no later than 11.

River Bluff Cabins is a family oriented retreat. We do not allow late night parties or any other activities that may disturb other guests or residents. Quiet time will be from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
	We do allow pets. No more then 2 pets per cabin. There will be a $50 non-refundable fee.
	No hunting or shooting of guns, including B.B., sling shots or fireworks.
	No four wheelers or mini bikes may be operated on the property (except for ingress and egress).
	Campfires in BBQ grills or designated pits only.
	No glass containers in the river or the river area
	Two vehicles only permitted to park at cabins. Extra vehicles can be parked in the parking area with a $2.00 per day fee.
	No tent camping allowed.
	Do not remove any furniture or bedding from the cabins.
	Please leave your cabin reasonably neat and clean.
	We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone and the right to expel those not conforming to the rules of good conduct and safety.
	No unlicensed or underage persons driving on the property.
	NO SMOKING (inside cabins) - $150.00 charge will be added for evidence of smoking.
